About

Mines is a tile-reveal game. Set the mine count (1-24), place your bet, then reveal tiles one at a time. Each safe tile increases your multiplier; one mine ends the round and forfeits your stake.

How a round plays

• Set the mine count between 1 and 24 on a 25-tile grid.
• Place your bet; the layout commits to a server seed before any reveal.
• Reveal tiles one at a time. Safe tile - multiplier grows. Mine - round ends.
• Cash out at any point to lock in stake x current multiplier.

Provably fair

• The mine layout is a permutation derived from HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed || nonce) - fixed before any tile is revealed.
• Server seed is committed before the round, revealed after you rotate.
• After rotation, the verifier app reproduces the exact mine layout from your seed pair + nonce.
